Bill Haylock is a former Ardent Group Director and is now the Company’s Business Advisor and has over 40 years’ worldwide experience in the resource and environment sectors. 

He commenced his career in the Uranium Province of the Alligators Rivers Region of the NT, at Ranger uranium Mine. After a short period working for Amax Mining in Colorado, USA, Bill join the Queensland Mines Department as an environmental officer processing mining tenement applications. 

In 1986, Bill started Queensland’s first exploration and mining tenement management business. Over the years it developed into a diversified resource project approvals consultancy, serving many Australian and International exploration, mining, power, and oil and gas projects. Today that business operates as Ardent Group. 

Bill is also Director of PX4 Software, an innovative software solution designed by tenement managers, for tenement managers.

Bill is the Chair of the AusIMM Tenement Management Society Committee.
