Joanne Salmon is an Ardent Group Director and Principal Consultant and certified lead auditor with over 20 years’ experience in environmental management and waste management across a broad range of industry sectors, including resources, power generation, infrastructure, manufacturing and primary production.
She has significant expertise in construction environmental management, erosion and sediment control, hazardous waste management and chemical storage, including on-site auditing, environmental monitoring and reporting.
Joanne brings extensive stakeholder engagement skills to her clients, from obtaining government approvals to liaising with contractors and operations personnel on-site, as well as specialist professionals.
Joanne’s certifications include Lead Auditor - EMS, Construction White Card, S11 Induction and S123. She is a member of the EIANZ and IECA.
