Lana Shoesmith

Lana Shoesmith has over 25 years’ experience in Environmental and HSE risk management, working across the mining, construction, power, water, waste, manufacturing, agriculture, and government sectors.
Lana has conducted well over 600 audits for clients throughout Australia and has been recognised by Commonwealth and State regulatory agencies as a qualified third-party auditor, and previously worked as an EMS auditor and trainer at a leading certification organisation.
She has extensive risk management experience and has facilitated the implementation of ISO14001 EMS certification for large-scale industrial and mining sites which has included training and mentoring the client to enable them to independently maintain the system.
Lana is a registered Exemplar Global Master Environmental Auditor ( #12299), WHS Master Auditor (#12299), and Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP #092). She is also a member of the EIANZ and holds a Construction White Card. Lana has undertaken the Masterclass on European Bank Environmental & Social Sustainability Management.
