Exploration, Mineral Development & Mining lease applications & approvals 

Our team has a wealth of experience in preparing over 100 Mineral Development and Mining Lease Application documents and mining approvals for coal, gold, industrial minerals, clay, building block and base metals projects; for both mining and infrastructure requirements.

Tenement renewals

We have prepared more than 200 renewal applications for all mineral and coal tenement types.  This includes tenements in Queensland, Northern Territory and New South Wales.

Tenement due diligence, acquisition & transfers 

We regularly undertake tenement due diligence reviews for companies looking to acquire existing projects, often followed by undertaking transfers for companies wishing to divest or acquire tenements. This includes departmental and state revenue submissions.

Technical reports & work programs 

We assist companies in preparing annual technical reports, statements of expenditure and both activity and activity–based work programs.  We attend to the formal lodgment of these submissions.
